I have never given as many blessings as I have this past week. I am going on 5 days in a row, each day with 1 blessing. I don't know if I have told y'all yet, but I am considered the "sister training leader B" because of how many blessings I give to sister missionaries lol. Every time that Sister Oteo (the actual sister training leader) goes on exchanges with other sisters, they always want a blessing. Don't get me wrong, I love doing blessings. The Spirit is always super strong and I love feeling it the way you can during a blessing, and I also want to help out the sisters as much as I can.

We had exchanges with our zone leaders on Wednesday, which was pretty fun. They are pretty cool. Especially the one I was with, Elder Her. His family is from Laos, which is right next to Thailand. His first language is Hmong, then English, then Spanish, and even knows a little bit of Portuguese. He also knows the Gospel pretty well.

During the week, we received an email from the Mission President's wife saying that we will be able to watch the total eclipse!! Well, a little over 90% of it but still! I am super excited. She said that she bought the glasses for EACH MISSIONARY IN THE WHOLE MISSION!!! I am super stoked to go see it!!

On Saturday we had an amazing lesson with A___, the one investigator who had met several pairs of missionaries during her life but never accepted them until she came here to Salt Lake City. So in the lesson on Friday, the Spirit was INCREDIBLY strong! She told us Ï know you probably think that I have been thinking about baptism, but I have. A lot, and I do want to get baptized." It was amazing, but, the only problem is that she is living with her boyfriend and he thinks we only want them to get married just so we can baptize her. We are trying to teach the importance of a family by using the Family: A Proclamation to the World to help him understand. It was still really good, and we have a follow-up lesson on Thursday with her.

So...tranfers...this time, I don't have good news lol. After 6 months in the area I am finally heading out. It is very sad, and I am going to miss this ward, especially the members. We will know where I will be going today. Although, I am pretty sure I will be staying in the valley because you get a call on Saturday or Sunday if you are going up to Wyoming. Not one companionship in the zone is staying together. In every single one at least one missionary is leaving, except in one companionship where both are leaving. I said goodbye to all the families except one, which is the hardest one, and will be tonight. I will let you all know where I am going soon!

John 4:14 - But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.

I forgot to mention that L___ IS GETTING THE PRIESTHOOD ON SUNDAY!!

This week has gone pretty awesome! Taught my first actual lesson with a golden investigator, who we hope to baptize in 2 weeks! (He is in the plaid shirt in the photo) I also had my first baptism yesterday! It was amazing!  I am taking it easy, well trying to, we walk to the chapel to do splits and everytime I feel like I trip and hurt my ankle a little more, but I can feel it getting better. However, I am not taking ibuprofen...está bien! It doesn't hurt that much!  The church is in a circular form. We live about 5 minutes North East of the church, down a street called Juy Juy.  Honestly, I think Tuxtla is larger than Tucson! It is huge! And we are surrounded by mountains, if you think Tucson is surrounded, think again! I legit feel like we are in a bowl! It is green everywere! And even though we are finishing up mango season, we are still eating mangos everyday! It is really weird slurping a super juicy mango out of a hole! This is how we eat mangoes: ...

P-Day is Thursday this week because we are going to the temple that day, so P-Day was moved. Wow! This week was insane!! This will probably be my biggest email ever. As you all already know, we had transfers and we knew I was leaving but didn't know where. Monday night we found out I will be going to the Murray 2nd Ward! And my new companion will be Élder Solis! He was born and raised in Miami Florida, but his parents are from Guatemala. His first language is Spanish, and he just finished his training before I came so he has about 3 and a half months in the mission. He is awesome, loves swimming and volleyball, plus he is also a professional dancer. There are also sisters in the ward now as well because the area is huge. What stinks is that they are on bikes and we are in a car because of my ankle. I would love to drive them places if I could, but I can't. They are awesome though! Their names are Hermana Oteo who is from San Diego, but her parents are from Mexico. She ...
