After asking Elder Wilkes what it was like getting his name tag the first day at the CCM, he said:
"It felt really weird having it on! I said to Elder Tauanu'u "this isn't happening, this isn't happening!"
Also, P-Day was on Friday this week, as they were scheduled to go get their visas.
From Elder Wilkes:
This week was hectic. Friday I was able to give my first lesson without having to read anything! Well, besides a couple scriptures. Our lessons are getting so much better. My Spanish is really improving. So is mi compañero's. Our hermanas, however, are still struggling. One of our hermanas doesn't even have English as her first language! It's Samoan! It is cool though, because we are learning Samoan.

Elder Martin and I get along great! We like each other and respect each other. A normal day is breakfast at 730, personal study from 8-9, language class from 9-10, investigator from 10-11, coaching from 11-12, BoM from 12-1230, lunch from 1230-115, gym from 130-230, language class from 3-4, fundamentals from 4-5, investigator from 5-6, dinner at 6, TALL (online language course) from 645-745, 745-9 language study, and 9-930 daily planning.

Gym time everyday is super fun. I feel like by the end of our 6 weeks here at the CCM, we could all become pro volleyball players!
We said goodbye to all of our Latino Elders in our home this week on Sunday. Fue muy triste. We got to know them so well!
During the night, and even during the day sometimes, there are party cannons going off. They are so loud! Some even sound like gun shots!
So far, here at the CCM, I have seen 7 dead birds. I mean there are tons of birds here, but still, that is a lot. There are tons of wild green parrots here! I will see if I can get a picture one of these days. Some of the birds here even respond to whistles. It is actually pretty entertaining. One of our teachers found an egg on the ground! Our district made a nest for it and put it in a tree. It was a really good nest I thought.
TRC was really cool! We got to teach someone over Skype, which was interesante, but really cool. We also taught one of our teachers because there weren't enough volunteers that day.
This is a funny picture of me teaching two hermanas:

I love the CCM, it is amazing here and the people here are awesome. The Spirit is so strong here. The gospel is incredible, it has helped me so much already. I know that this is the true gospel. I know that José Smith fue un profeta de Dios.
